President & CEO, M.B.A.Lee Grunberg
Lee joined Integracare as President & CEO in August 2016 following approximately 20 years in Private Equity and Investment Banking. He brings extensive operational and governance experience to the organization. In addition to leading Integracare, Lee is a Partner at PRIVEQ Capital Fund in Toronto and sits on the Board of Directors of Accipiter Radar Technologies Inc. and Canadian Friends of Sheba Hospital. Before PRIVEQ, Lee served as Associate Director of Merchant Banking at a bank-affiliated private equity firm in Toronto and as an Associate in the Financial Sponsor Coverage group of a major U.S. Investment Bank in New York. He holds a joint B.A. in economics and political science from McGill University and an M.B.A. from the Schulich School of Business, York University.
Chief Growth OfficerTim Thomas
Tim has spent more than 15 years building and scaling home care across Canada. He entered the industry in 2014 as the owner-operator of his own home care agency, then led the Canadian division of a major international home care provider, responsible for business development and operational excellence nationally. He joined Integracare as Chief Growth Officer in 2026 and leads growth across the family of companies, including marketing, intake, and the analytics behind them, so Ontario families can find and start the right care sooner.
Vice President, Care Operations, BScN, RN, GNC (C)Lisa Sundarsingh
Lisa is the organization’s longest-serving employee, joining Integracare in 1996 while studying Nursing at Ryerson University. She has held nearly every Caregiver role in the company, including Personal Support Worker and Registered Nurse, before serving as Nursing Coordinator from 1999 to 2012 and then as Manager of Nursing Services. In her current role as Vice President, Care Operations, Lisa holds primary responsibility for coordinating home health care, nursing care, and support services for Clients in their homes, hospitals, retirement residences, and long-term care facilities.
Director of Care, RPNJessica Isaac
Jessica is a Registered Practical Nurse with over nine years of experience in health care. She joined Integracare as a Nursing Coordinator in 2012, was promoted to Manager of Nursing for the Greater Toronto Area in March 2018, and was further promoted to Director of Care in January 2022. In this role, Jessica oversees nursing care delivered by our Caregivers, conducts initial nursing assessments, develops customised care plans, and leads Caregiver education programs including technology initiatives. She graduated from Durham College and previously worked in the Retirement Home Sector for three years. She recently completed the Certificate in Leadership and Health Management at the University of Toronto, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Director of Human Resources, MHRMYasmeen Hasan
Yasmeen holds a Master's Degree in Human Resource Management and brings over 14 years of experience building and sustaining HR infrastructure in growing organizations. She joined Integracare in April 2018 as an HR Associate and was promoted to Director of Human Resources. Her focus at Integracare is attracting, onboarding, and retaining the best Caregivers in the industry. Prior to joining Integracare, Yasmeen led the HR function across four offices at Emitac Healthcare Solutions in Dubai for nearly 10 years, covering talent acquisition, performance management, employee relations, and HR compliance.
Director of Intake & Business Development, BScN RNBethel McMaster
Bethel is a Registered Nurse with over 15 years of patient care experience in Ontario. She served as Director of Care at Living Assistance Services before taking on her current role as Director of Business Development at Integracare. Earlier in her career, Bethel worked with Home and Community Care Support Services (HCCSS), coordinating health services for patients in the community, inpatient rehabilitation, and Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) teams within the mental health and addictions sector. In her current role, Bethel oversees the intake department, guiding new clients through the process of accessing high-quality home and community care while fostering strong relationships with healthcare partners and community stakeholders. She recently completed the Certificate in Leadership and Health Management at the University of Toronto, further strengthening her expertise in healthcare leadership, operational excellence, and strategic growth.
Director of FinanceEvgenia Carter
Evgenia is an accomplished accountant with over a decade of expertise in bookkeeping, accounting, and finance across IT, Oil and Gas, and Home Care. She has served as Director of Finance at Integracare since 2023, where she oversees all financial services for Caregivers and Clients with a focus on transparency, fairness, and timeliness. Evgenia holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and began her career as an Implementation Specialist at an IT company specialising in ERP and CRM systems before transitioning to finance.
Director of Integracare EastKristine McGinn
Kristine brings over 25 years of dedicated healthcare experience to her role. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and has progressed through frontline nursing, team leadership, and strategic management, all focused on enhancing client outcomes. Kristine is committed to continuous quality improvement and healthcare innovation, and has developed a thorough understanding of the complexities of the healthcare industry.
