Meet Bethel Lascano
Bethel Lascano, RN, BScN, is a Registered Nurse with over twelve years experience in patient care in Ontario.
Bethel has acquired a wealth of nursing experience during her years working most recently in Home & Community care (HCCSS), where she assessed and coordinated delivery of health care services to patients in the community assisting them in achieving their optimal health, independence, and dignity. Her experience also includes psychiatric street nursing on Assertive Community Treatment teams in the Mental Health & Addictions sector.
Prior to this Bethel provided nursing care in slow-stream rehabilitation at Baycrest Centre For Geriatric Care. Her role was to meet the physical and cognitive rehabilitation needs of seniors transferred from acute care hospitals. Her practice of patient/family centred care assisted with her patients’ transition from rehab to living at home. She currently maintains her connection with inpatient care.
Ms. Lascano’s experience and knowledge is a tremendous asset to our agency, clients, and caregivers.
